ADIO-MOSES Adekunmilola Toluwase

Director-General
Mr. Adekunmilola Adio-Moses is a Development Economist and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) currently serving as the Director-General of PSSDC. He holds degrees in Economics from the University of Ibadan and the University of Lagos, and he is an alumnus of GIMPA and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

With over 20 years of experience in the Lagos State Public Service, Mr. Adio-Moses has been a key player in significant reform initiatives. Notable projects include the implementation of the Lagos State Government Global Computerisation Project, the World Bank-Assisted Lagos Metropolitan Development and Governance Project, and the establishment of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund. He has also contributed to various public service management reforms, such as DFID-SPARC-supported initiatives and PEFA-PFM Reforms.

In addition to his public service work, Mr. Adio-Moses has served as a consultant for organizations like GAVI and UNICEF, assessing Public Financial Management and PEFA in different regions. He is a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow, and he has been involved in high-level committees and transition programs, including his role in Governor Sanwo-Olu’s transition and initiatives promoting creativity, innovation, and a growth mindset in the Lagos State Public Service.

SHOLAJA Kolawole Olufemi

Director, Programmes
Kolawole Olufemi Sholaja holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in Industrial Sociology from the University of Ibadan. Commencing his career as a Youth Development Officer with the Lagos State Government in 1991, Sholaja’s journey led him to PSSDC in 1996, where he steadily rose through the ranks to become a Director. He is an active member of esteemed professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), and the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON). Additionally, Sholaja represents PSSDC on the Governing Council of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). His expertise extends to being a certified trainer, acknowledged by the Nigerian Council on Management Development, with a notable portfolio of training program design and delivery for both public and private sector professionals.

In his accomplished career, Sholaja has played pivotal roles in various strategic initiatives, collaborating with PriceWater & Coopers (PWC) on the Strategic Management Framework (S.M.F) for Lagos State Government, and partnering with CIPM to advance the professionalization of Human Resource Management in the Public Service. Throughout, he has demonstrated his commitment to fostering development and enhancing professional skills in managers and officers across Nigeria’s public and private sectors.

OWODEYI Anifat Abimbola

Director, Planning and Research
Anifat Abimbola Owodeyi (Mrs.) joined the Centre in 1997 as Senior Research Fellow, after a 5-year stint at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria as an Administrative officer (Public Relations). She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Education) Degree of the University of Ilorin in English Language; a Master of Arts of the University of Ibadan in Communication Arts and an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consultancy Practice and Organisational Transformation of the International Professional Managers Association UK. She is a Licensed Professional Senior Member IPMA-UK; a licensed Professional Full Member Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN); Full Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (Chartered) and Associate Fellow of the International Association of Research Schorlars and Administrators (USA).

As Head of the Centre’s Planning and Research Directorate, she provides leadership for the coordination of corporate planning, journal publication, library services, research survey and statistical activities. In the area of staff capacity building, she provides critical leadership for the coordination and delivery of the Centre’s monthly staff seminars and Management Retreats. She is a well experienced Knowledge Capital and Factual Products facilitator and consultant having worked in a learning and development Institution for over 27 years. Mrs. Abimbola Owodeyi is well-travelled and happily married with children.

SOFOWORA Mojisola Jolaade

Director, Admin and Human Resources
Mojisola Jolaade Sofowora (Mrs.), Director and Head of Administration and Human Resources, joined the services of the Centre as an Administrative Officer I on March 2, 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, in Physics and a Master of Public Administration Degree of the Lagos State University (LASU).

Since joining the Centre she has participated and contributed to the administration of the Centre, rising through the ranks to become Director and Head of Administration and Human Resources since January, 2021.

Mojisola is a certified HR practitioner of about 20 years experience. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), the Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) respectively. As Head of Administration and Human Resources, she deploys her rich experience to provide leadership for the administrative and human resource management functions of the Centre.

ODUNIYI Kamiludeen Oladiji

Head, Finance and Accounts
Oduniyi Kamiludeen Oladiji is a dedicated and highly accomplished finance professional with over 23 years of experience in public finance accounting. He holds Fellow Memberships in both the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and the Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (IFCN). Throughout his career, he has excelled in managing funds, overseeing payroll operations, and providing strategic financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability. His expertise has played a pivotal role in enhancing team performance across 10 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) within the Lagos State Public Service. Notable achievements include consistently increasing Internal Generated Revenue and securing ISO certifications for the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA).

In addition to his extensive experience, Oduniyi Kamiludeen Oladiji brings a solid foundation of academic qualifications, holding relevant qualifications in Information Technology and Accountancy. He possesses strong organizational abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additionally, he has extensive technical knowledge of operational methodologies and business techniques, delivering quality results autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
The atmosphere is very serene, the environment is very neat. Coming inside this place, I was wowed with what they have on ground. The staff are the best you can get anywhere, in Lagos or around the country. They are young, technologically savvy, urbane, and very receptive. So I’ll urge everyone to please come to PSSDC, if you need training or want them to create one for you… PSSDC is the place to be.
